- Future Tense http://www.abc.net.au/radionational/programs/futuretense/ really excellent. Very diverse, every technology topic imaginable. This is my 'must listen' as often as possible.
- Okham's Razor short 15min segments on all kinds of topics. Isn't focussed on technology per se but it addresses topics associated with the technological world - high education system, government policy etc etc. http://www.abc.net.au/radionational/programs/ockhamsrazor/

- Spark - Covers a very diverse range of topics, but within the universe of the 'digital'. Can get boring over time but if you are interested in one of the topics is a great show. http://www.cbc.ca/spark/index.html

- Search Engine was at CBC then moved to TV Ontario. http://feeds.tvo.org/tvo/searchengine It was eclectic but interesting, again on digital stuff - especially IP and privacy etc.
